1. Rental Agreement

By booking with Tote & GO!, you agree to these terms. You are renting reusable plastic moving totes and accessories for the period shown on your order confirmation. Totes remain the property of Tote & GO! LLC.

2. Delivery & Pickup

We deliver within 20 miles of Windsor, Colorado free of charge. Beyond 20 miles we charge $0.72/mile. Minimum booking lead time is 24 hours. You or a representative must be present at delivery and pickup unless otherwise arranged.

3. Damage & Loss

Missing, stolen, or damaged totes incur a $30 per-tote replacement fee charged to the card on file. Normal wear is expected and not charged.

4. Late Returns

If you need to keep the totes longer, add an Extra Week at 50% of the package price before the return date. Totes kept past the scheduled pickup without an extension will be charged a 1× package rate for each additional 7 days.

5. Payment

Payment is due at booking. We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe.

6. Liability

Tote & GO! is not liable for damage to items packed inside the totes. You are responsible for the safe packing and handling of your belongings.
