Full refund

Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled delivery and you receive a 100% refund.

Partial refund

Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before delivery: 50% refund.

No refund

Cancellations under 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable, as we've already reserved inventory and scheduled the route.

Reschedule

Free reschedule any time up to 12 hours before delivery — just email hello@toteandgo.co.

Early return

Finished early? Email us and we'll come pick up. No refunds for unused days.
